Chipotle?? hey guys, I'm at work and thinking about going to get a chipotle burrito for lunch, but I can't find the nutrition info anywhere! It'd be a carnitas burrito with guacamole and cheese and NO sour cream, I've got a rough number but does anyone know what i'm looking at as far as calories and fats? I'm already behind today so even if it's 1000cal. that's ok, I just don't want to go over 10g sat fat, or blow my fat %. THANKS A LOT!
Is there anything healthy to eat at Chipotle? I've gone to Chipotle twice in the past week, and it's so unhealthy! Their burritos contain over 1000 calories, as well a ton of fat, carbs, and sodium! I got some advice from a friend to try one of their "Burrito Bowls" which is basically just the inside of the burrito, without the tortilla. However, when I looked it up afterwards online, it's still 900+ calories and still had a ton of fat and sodium. I love the irresistably good taste of Chipotle, but I don't like all of the unhealthy nutrition statistics that come along with it. Therefore, my question is: Is there anything healthy to eat at Chipotle?
What is this "new nutrition" I keep hearing about? My younger brother was recently deemed "borderline-obese" by his physician, and placed on a strict diet. Since I'm his guardian, I'm obligated to seriously stay on him about this. My brother tells me that he's been placed on the "new nutrition" diet, that's supposed to cover all of the major food groups. He explained it to me like this: a spicy chipotle chicken sandwich covers the daily protein and grain requirements; a side of french fries covers the daily vegetable requirement; a large glass of fruit punch covers the daily fruit requirement; and a handful of Oreo cookies cover the daily sugar requirement (I didn't even know there was a daily sugar requirement). I tried to contact the physician directly, but haven't been able to reach him at the telephone number given to me by my brother. I sorta get the feeling that I'm being deceived. Is this "new nutrition" legit?
Chipotle vs. Moe's Southwest Grill? Im doing a research paper and need to compare and contrast the two. What are some good topics I could use to write each paragraph (i.e. Menu items, nutrition, etc). Im not looking to actualy say which one is better 'cause thats and obvious answer but I just need things to compare/contrast them
Nutrition information needed please!!? I need to know the total: fat calories carbs sodium that are in a Chipotle Chicken Burrito that has black beans, chicken, white rice, lettuce, salsa, guacomole, and the tortilla.
How much are we supposed to eat in one day? It seems there is always a different answer to this question, maybe since people's eating habits are so different, but there is probably a real answer out there some place with actual data. How much are we supposed to eat in one day? Whether you are a male, female, obese, anorexic, short, buff... I would like to hear your answers. To make it a little more interesting, I will tell you what I ate today. Since I have been sick, and have been out of town, the times may seem misconstrued but they are real times. Friends called me to go to Coffee Bean, I ordered: -Regular Mucho Mango FruTea -Plain Bagel with Butter Later on, met with different friends: - very busy, so we opted for a Chipotle Burrito Went to girlfriends house, and she got treats and a movie: - I ate strawberry ice cream 1 pint (1/2 gallon) Here are the nutrition facts about SOME of the items I listed above. All of the items above, is everything I consumed in 24 hour period. I also drink 8+ glasses of water today. I am not sure if that plays a factor. Ice Cream: 34 total fat g/20 saturate fat g 560 calories Chiptole Chicken Burrito: 21 total fat g/6 saturated fat g 815 calories Coffee Bean: FruTea 0g of fat, 240 calories Plain Bagel: 1g fat/ 290 calories So a long story short, that's 56 g fat 26 saturated fat g 1,905 calories Any additional comments, suggestions or help would be nice.
