Could I actually lose weight eating up to four Burger King Whoppers in a day?
OneBurger King Whopper w/o mayonnaise has 510 calories http://www.bk.com/nutrition/pdfs/eatings... . The average Adult requires only 2000 calories a day, so if I times 510 X 4, I'll get 2, 040 calories. I might even lose weight eating like that for a month, huh? Not a bad idea, yes , no, huh?

- No although the idea sounds good unfortunate not, What is in whopper burger is just sat fat which is hard to digest and your body will suck up all the fat and you would prob but on a stone or more, So sorry no not a good idea fast food should only be eatin in moderation

- Not unless you expended more than 2000 calories a day exercising which is not likely because if you were you would not eat only hamburgers as you would not get the proper nutrients necessary to be in top shape as an athlete.

- What about the grams of fat???? One whopper w/o mayo has 24 grams of fat, 10 of which are saturated. I'm not sure what you're diet consists of now, but I think if you take on this diet, you will gain weight. Not to think of all the health risks.
- No you´´ll definitely not loose weight, you´ll get really fat and have heart and cholesterol probs. Fast food is definitely not an option for everyday eating...

- It is possible that if you had four Burger King Whoppers each day for one month, and consumed nothing else each day, you might lose weight, if you also exercised regularly. But that would not be a healthy diet on a long-term basis.
