Does McDonalds have a nutrition guide? I am a diabetic and need to keep up with carbs.?

5. Yes, they do. It's printed on the back of the placemats they line the trays with when you order food inside the restaurant. You can also see it on-line at the McDonald's Official Website.

7. As someone else mentioned it is on the back of the tray liners. The only problem is that the grease soaks through and you can't read it.
