How many carbs and fat to intake on a 1200 (or so) calorie diet?

I'm trying to lose weight and I've recently been finding out by reducing your carb intake, then you can lose weight pretty easily. So what would be the carb and fat intake per day for someone who is on a 1200 calorie per day diet? Also, does anyone know of any websites for meals you can create with low calories, carbs and fat? Keep in mind, they need to take at least 30 minutes or less to create, and ideal for someone on a budget. I'm only 22, and I've got other bills to pay, too.. so I need to keep myself on a budget. I'll admit, normally I'm a fast food junkie and I'd rather go out and get something than take the time to make something, but after reading the nutrition charts on the different fast food places, I can't believe I ate fast food as much as I have, considering how many calories/fat/carbs are in their foods. I'm not asking for your personal opinion on health related issues. So if you can't provide me with the answers I'm looking for, then don't even bother commenting. And nowhere did I mention that I was still going to eat fast food while trying to eat proper. So please learn to read next time.

  1. Firstly, a 1200 calorie a day diet is a little excessive in my opnion. The 1200 level is for serious overweight issues and is the bottom floor of caloric intake per day for anyone of normal age. Second, I'm a full time student, so I know how budgets go, but your health is worht spending a little money on if your in need of it. I personally create my own regiments, but only after years of nutrition, anatomy, biology, as well as just personal expirence on the matter. Third, you can't really be on a strict diet and eat fast food. It's just not going to work. It's ok to occasionally (I mean like once or twice a month) to get a chicken sandwich somewhere, but if this is regular, stop. Health is 75% diet, 25% exercise, so get up and active, and feed your body right.
