  1. You will lose more body fat eating protein and fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast eat all you want but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter and half an avocado a day (you'll need added potassium). Keep your fat percentage high. Adding in green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace. If you starve yourself, your body will freak out and will want to store every ounce in case it doesn't get nourished again. You need to give it adequate nourishment so it doesn't slow your metabolism down to adjust for lower calories. Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) triggers insulin which can store the calories you eat into fat. The more protein you eat the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate you eat the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released. High insulin levels unbalance other hormones. Controlling your insulin level will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so you will gain lean muscle even without exercise. Any exercise will greatly increase your muscle mass with high HGH levels. Reducing body fat and increasing muscle mass will have you in awesome shape in no time. Good luck!
  2. Ur hindusani? ur from Fiji or india? Ok back to the question, Stop eating baath and just eat roti. if you do eat rice, eat less. Eat lots of greens: gobi, baaji, okra ect.. The only reason i really ate all my greens when I was a yung lad my moms had told me it would make me tall and strong and she was right.(6 feet 190lbs and lean) Go with beans and legumes too such as garbanzo beans (chana) maatur (peas) ect.. I know how we have to have aloo(potatoes) with every single dish we make but you got to leave em out to cut carbs or just use sparingly. I dont know about 100% REAL AUTHENTIC FROM INDIA food has alot of fried dishes but i know in fiji we can fry damn near anything from fish to cassava and taro, so stay away from fried foods which include bhajiya and fhulory. Indian food is in my opinion one of the worst foods to eat when on a diet because even though we dont eat much meat, we load up on carbs. All the extra salt and masala and spices we eat is no good for our blood pressure and livers. (I dont give a crap about that stuff so i eat whatever) i personally have NEVER eaten beef or pork just because of religious views so i have to get protein from everything else. My family is from fiji so we eat TONS of seafood and chicken which has kept me quite healthy. When I compare Fijians with Indians, i always can tell whos from where just from their build. Fijians are much bigger(stronger) and taller and a little bit darker too. and also drink lots of chaa(tea) because its scientifically proven to aid in weight loss and also is packed with antioxidants. i hate tea but i always drink Arizona Iced Teas all the time. Bula. gods bless fiji.
