Could I please have the "Nutrition Facts" for "Maytag Natural White Cheddar Cheese"?

Maytag Natural White Cheddar Cheese is a unique cheese. Just how unique, I do not know. But, it's called for in several recipes by name. By the "Nutrition Facts", I mean the panel on the side of a product that's required by the FDA. I really do want this particular brand. I found it once on the internet at the Maytag Farm site, but it isn't there, any more.
