what type of nutrition facts should i put into my Cookbook?
Ok, i am a Senior in High school, and we have to do a senior project.. Me and my friend is doing it together and we are making a cookbook, and starting a cooking class. But me and her are not sure of what Nutrition facts we should put into the cookbook. Does anybody have any ideas??

- The most desired nutrition facts are listed first and foremost on any nutrition facts table on prepared foods. Check a food label for ideas. Certainly calories, fat, carbs, protein... also sodium, fiber, and iron. - umm calories daily intake trans fat how much grams of fat per serving how much servings should you have umm ingredients
- I would possibly look at putting info in as to protein rich foods or carb rich foods. I'm not a cook though but if I was in health training to slim down or maybe intolerant to some products I would look at this. Info on if the food is lactose free would be a good one!
- fat, salt, sugar per serving?
