I know fast food is bad for you, and I hate almost all of it except one item...the spicy chicken sandwich from wendy's. It's a bun with mayonaise, lettuce, tomato, and a breaded chicken breast piece on it. The chicken is in breast form so it's not as processed as the beef or chicken nuggets, and I eat it very rarely. I just wanted to know if it's a good option as far as fast food goes. Ironically, it's the only fast food thing that doesn't give me a really bad stomach ache.
