I need a plan, and I need help.?
I work a 9-5 and it's really easy to go to Wendy's and get some chicken nuggets and fries. I sit down all day, and when I get home I'm tired and don't feel like doing anything. The past couple days I've been working out -- finally. I have a good body shape and everything, but I'm afraid that, while sitting at my 9-5 and being a frequenter of the local Wendy's, I will lose it. I need to know what kind of foods to buy and what to make myself for lunches. I want the perfect nutrition combination. Is there anyone out there that knows what the perfect thing for me to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner is??? Thanks :)

- Mrs. McDonell There are a number of things that you can do, I suggest that you get the book " What Color is Your Diet" by Dr. David Heber and read what he says on the types of snacks and food you should eat, excellent book. I personally think that no one can come up with the ultimate nutritionally balanced meal but I know that a product I have been using comes very close and it is called Herbalife. I got on the products and in 2 weeks I lost 20 lbs and over a foot of body fat, and have since gone on to lose a total of 65 lbs and have kept it off for two years now. So I know that this product has helped me I got started on the Quick Start Plus program and it has help me tons ( well at least 65lbs) here is there website http://www.loseweightnow.com/healthysolutions I hope this helps you . Good luck
