1. in this order- muscletech, bsn, optimum nutrition, vpx. muscletech stuff is amazing, and will help you alot from what i've tried, bsn makes alot of good products i would've put gaspari nutrition somewhere on that list as well hope i helped and good luck!
2. Optimum Nutrition is the best bang for your buck. Much cleaner Whey. More protein per servings. and is usually cheaper than the rest. I looked on that site, and the $32 is a great deal depending on the shipping charges, which I couldn't find with out opening an account. I buy mine from ALLSPORTSNUTRITION on Ebay, And pay $46.00 for the 5lb chocolate. This price includes shipping also. $74.49 for the 10lb bag, which also includes shipping. This company ships extremely fast also. I saw a new company selling the 10lb bag for $72.00 w/free shipping on ebay.
